This property originally a two-bedroom house with unused land. NDA Architects reimagined the space to create a well-organized layout, utilizing the existing structure to minimize costs while maximizing functionality. The design follows a modern minimalist approach, ensuring timelessness and long-term usability. The open areas are carefully integrated with the interior, offering comfort and seamless connection to nature. A transparent canopy covers the outdoor spaces, surrounded by lush vegetation, enhancing the experience of the users while maintaining a sense of privacy and comfort. NDA handled the entire Design & Build process, bringing precision and attention to detail in every aspect of the project.
