In collaboration with architect Dhaniesal, this project where NDA’s build expertise shines. The house is designed with an orderly grid framing a series of rooms, arranged in a linear fashion to maximize space efficiency. As the first phase of a two-phase development, the main building covers only one-fourth of the site, leaving ample space for future expansion and a vast garden. NDA executed the construction with precision, ensuring high-quality results while keeping costs manageable.
