This villa, located in Pecatu, Bali, is currently in the masterplan design phase. Despite the challenging terrain, we optimized the layout to ensure each building enjoys the best possible views—some overlooking the ocean, while others face the forest. The design takes full advantage of the land’s contours, incorporating spacious green open areas, providing an exceptional spatial experience. The sloped land is also used for leveling the buildings, reducing the need for costly earthworks.
