A&T Residence, a collaboration with architect Dhaniesal, showcases NDA’s expertise in the build phase, where we focused on executing a renovation that optimizes natural light and ventilation. The project features square concrete vent blocks and a simple gable roof, enhancing the tropical living experience. NDA’s role involved adding a new volume to the existing structure and expanding the gardens, which now accommodate natural light and airflow. With a focus on precision, quality craftsmanship, and strong collaboration with Dhaniesal, NDA ensured the seamless realization of the design while maintaining a strong connection to the surrounding environment.
